ARTIPAKTO | National Museum of the Philippines

Just in case you did not know, National Museum of the Philippines is giving us all free entrance for this month of May in celebration of National Heritage Month. And so, as a fan of anything free in the world and of course, as a fan of anything Filipino, I decided to go and visit Pambansang Museo for the first time. I do not know why I just went here this month after all these years. Maybe, it is too far from my province... or because there is an entrance fee? LOL. But on a more serious note, it would be a shame if you will really let an opportunity of visiting our country's National Museum slip away. Especially now, this month, that it's free.

The museum is definitely Instagram-worthy and most importantly, there is so much to
learn from all aspects of our country in the form of ancient artifacts and art pieces. The place was renovated and revamped to the tune of modern aesthetics but still you see Philippines by the details. It would be fun to bring along friends and in my case, I contacted a fabulous friend from college, Rajie, who has the same appetite like mine when it comes to taking photos around. And to prove it, browse on these photos below.
